Delivery (Mainland UK Only)

When placing your order please take note of how heavy or bulky your purchase is, and how you will handle goods when delivered. Your purchase will usually arrive on a delivery vehicle with only the driver to do the unloading.  Some products will be delivered boxed/packaged whilst other products are delivered assembled/part assembled; please contact us for specific product details.

The delivery person may assist you to get your purchase to your door, but general carrier’s rules and regulations only cover the unloading to the front or rear ground floor of your delivery address. Please bear in mind that you will be responsible from that point. If it’s a heavy or bulky item you may need to arrange additional assistance. This is less of a concern if your equipment is being delivered and installed by Inspire Fitness Solutions Ltd or one of our representative companies.

Delivery costs & conditions apply to Mainland UK. (Highlands & Islands incur additional charge). Delivery quotations to other geographical locations are available on request. Please do not hesitate to contact us for a delivery and installation or delivery assisted quotation.

Restricted Access: Due to the commercial size of some delivery vehicles, Inspire Fitness Solutions or any carriers delivering on behalf of us must be informed of any restrictions regarding access for the delivery vehicle, that may make it difficult for the delivering vehicle to gain access to the point of delivery Inspire Fitness Solutions will not accept any claims for compensation arising from non/failed/refused delivery of any item where the carriers or Inspire Fitness Solutions were not made aware of any points regarding access restrictions. In the event that the item is refused/cancelled due to these restrictions, the customer is liable for all carriage charges and a 15% re-stocking fee will apply.  Any refused deliveries will be subject to a 15% re-stocking/re-warehousing fee.

It is often possible to deliver on a specific date. Inspire Fitness Solutions will always try to ensure this happens, though we cannot guarantee it. Inspire Fitness Solutions cannot entertain any claim for compensation arising from late delivery due to a third party carrier.  Inspire Fitness Solutions and third party couriers will always try to deliver/arrive on time, but will not be held responsible for late arrival due to unforeseen circumstances.
