Our smart form pads are strategically shaped to deliver greater comfort and stability. If a pad is too soft it will wear, distort prematurely and cause users discomfort.

Utilising superior grade sanitised cloths that are abrasion resistant, thoroughly coloured, fungus and bacteria proof, skin and body compatible outlasting traditional upholstery and meeting relevant flammability standards. Cloth is doublestitched to fit exactly the 10lb 38mm fire retardant foam a composition we have perfected over time.

If a full replacement is required; we use 18mm plywood boards, cloth is sewn into box structures to avoid folding at corners. Pads are anchored with 8mm t-nuts bolted to the machine framework for easy replacement. Also complete with replaceable Velcro fitted wear covers (with club branding option) on high fatigue areas and backing boards to hide staples.
