The dual function Biceps / Triceps unit provides a targeted training of the biceps and triceps muscle groups. Both lever arms move independently and you can also use the optional foot pedals to vary the resistance during the exercise.

Standard Features

  • Resistance Adjustment - Push buttons for easy and safe adjustment of resistance, which can be used at any time; even during the exercise. 
  • Dual Function - Dual function equipment allows the user to work opposing muscle groups, without changing machines. The direction of resistance is changed easily and safely with a simple switch.
  • Adjustable Seat - Adjustable seat height. Steplessly adjustable seats help the user find a correct, safe and effective start position.

Optional Features

  • Isometric Testing Sensor Attachment - Using a separate Performance Recorder, the machine can measure the isometric force output, on all machines equipped with a sensor attachment (optional). Additional software also optional.
  • Digital Display - The display shows the resistance digitally, counts repetitions, and even shows heart rate when wearing a telemetry chest strap.
  •   Smart Card - With the Smart Card option, the system will guide the user through their workout and automatically set the resistance according to the individual programme – and adjust the programme for subsequent use depending on the user’s performance.
