This dual function unit provides a safe and effective training for the hamstring and quadriceps muscle groups. The back support is adjustable in order to accommodate for people of different size. Athletes also use the unit as a standing Leg-curl that brings you very close to the natural movement. The pushbuttons also allow you to change the resistance during the movement to make the most of your exercise.

Standard Features

Resistance Adjustment - Push buttons for easy and safe adjustment of resistance, which can be used at any time – even during the exercise.
Dual Function - Dual function equipment allows the user to work opposing muscle groups, without changing machines. The direction of resistance is changed easily and safely with a simple switch.
Leg Straps & Belt - Padded leg straps on the Leg Extension/Curl machine can be used to stabilise the user’s thighs, particularly when using higher loads during leg curl function.
Steplessly Adjustable Back Support - The adjustable back support is a standard feature on many HUR machines. On the Leg Extension/Curl machine, the back support can slide steplessly forward. On other equipment with this feature, the back support can be adjusted into three different positions.

Optional Features

Easy Access Hand Grips - Designed for users in rehabilitation and more senior users, the handgrips make it easy to get into and out of the machine.
Adjustable Lever Arms - The adjustable lever arms are used to accommodate different limb lengths.
Isometric Testing Sensor Attachment - Using a separate Performance Recorder, the machine can measure the isometric force output, on all machines equipped with a sensor attachment (optional). Additional software also optional.
Smart Card - With the Smart Card option, the system will guide the user through their workout and automatically set the resistance according to the individual programme – and adjust the programme for subsequent use depending on the user’s performance.
Neck Cushion - The neck cushion (optional) accommodates for variance in size and posture.
Digital Display - The display shows the resistance digitally, counts repetitions, and even shows heart rate when wearing a telemetry chest strap.
