HUR equipment is also perfectly suited for rehabilitation applications. The HUR Rehab Line is an effective and safe equipment series, which works seamlessly with other HUR machines. Rehab Line equipment boast numerous features, which facilitate rehabilitation. Rehabilitation safety is enhanced by, for example, range limiters, and additional supports. If necessary, the exercise of Rehab Line equipment can be set at zero and adjusted ‘steplessly’ to facilitate passive and assisted mobilisation. This allows rehabilitation to begin almost immediately.

The Abdomen / Back Rehab unit is equipped with strength test possibility, adjustable lever arms and a lock to restrict the range of motion. The lock is used for people with reduced spinal flexibility in order to provide an easier starting position. For example, after surgery.

Standard Features

  • Adjustable Seat - Adjustable seat height. Steplessly adjustable seats help the user find a correct, safe and effective start position.
  • Adjustable Seat Position - Adjustment of seat distance. This feature makes it easy to find the optimal position for users of different sizes, and to vary the emphasis on the muscles being used.
  • Adjustable Lever Arms - The adjustable lever arms are used to accommodate different limb lengths.
  • Range Limiters - Range limiters can be used to limit the range of motion – in flexion and extension. This feature is particularly relevant in rehabilitation applications, or where the user has a long-term impairment.
  • Isometric Testing Sensor Attachment - Using a separate Performance Recorder, the machine can measure the isometric force output, on all machines equipped with a sensor attachment (optional). Optional additional software.

  • Optional Features

  • Belt - The support belt can be of assistance when the user has balance issues, and is standard on many HUR machines.
  • Digital Display - The display shows the resistance digitally, counts repetitions, and even shows heart rate when wearing a telemetry chest strap.
  • Smart Card - With the Smart Card option, the system will guide the user through their workout and automatically set the resistance according to the individual programme – and adjust the programme for subsequent use depending on the user’s performance.
