HUR Rehab Leg Press 5540
HUR equipment is also perfectly suited for rehabilitation applications. The HUR Rehab Line is an effective and safe equipment series, which works seamlessly with other HUR machines. Rehab Line equipment boast numerous features, which facilitate rehabilitation. Rehabilitation safety is enhanced by, for example, range limiters, and additional supports. If necessary, the exercise of Rehab Line equipment can be set at zero and adjusted ‘steplessly’ to facilitate passive and assisted mobilisation. This allows rehabilitation to begin almost immediately, for example, after surgery.
This exercise unit for the legs has been equipped with a "lock" function that enables you to exercise only the final part of the movement. In combination with the adjustable back support you can choose from six different starting positions. By connecting the Performance Recorder you can also test the strength of both legs independently. This also makes it easy to follow up the progress of the rehabilitation.
Standard Features
- Lock Mechanism - Range limiters. The machine is equipped with a lock mechanism, which can be used to set the desired start (flexion) point for a movement. This feature is useful for those with physical impairments or, for example, those undergoing rehabilitation after surgery.
- Easy Access Hand Grips - Designed for users in rehabilitation and more senior users, the handgrips make it easy to get into and out of the machine.
- Adjustable Back Support - The adjustable back support is a standard feature on many HUR machines. On the Leg Extension/Curl machine, the back support can slide steplessly forward. On other equipment with this feature, the back support can be adjusted into three different positions.
- Isometric Testing Sensor Attachment - Using a separate Performance Recorder, the machine can measure the isometric force output, on all machines equipped with a sensor attachment (optional). Optional additional software.
Optional Features
- Neck Cushion - The neck cushion (optional) accommodates for variance in size and posture.
- Plate for Joining Levers - For use on the unilateral Leg Press, where independent use of limbs is not possible or desirable.
- Foot Straps - The foot straps are used to fasten the user’s feet to the footplates.
- Digital Display - The display shows the resistance digitally, counts repetitions, and even shows heart rate when wearing a telemetry chest strap.
- Smart Card - With the Smart Card option, the system will guide the user through their workout and automatically set the resistance according to the individual programme – and adjust the programme for subsequent use depending on the user’s performance.
