i020P Reverse Hyper Extension Bench

This exercise is regarded by many strength coaches as being the best lower back, hamstring, and glute exercise. This is because it allows you to train all these muscles in unison. This is important because the muscles of the posterior chain are the same muscles responsible for running and jumping. The Reverse Hyper decompresses the spine but does not place any vertical compression on the spine. This simple machine allows for dynamic strength development in the concentric phase, while serving as a rehabilitation mechanism in the eccentric phase by gently stretching and depressurizing the spine creating an internal pumping mechanism, filling the spinal column with spinal fluid and the lower back muscles with blood re-hydrating the discs .If you have injured your back pressure needs to be relieved and circulation restored to the injured area in order to aid rehabilitation.
